By booking any service offered on this site, you agree to these terms.

The service

What I sell is my time: my knowledge of Mendoza and the information of someone who lives here, applied to planning your trip, over video call and messages. That is what sets this service apart from a travel agency.

I'm not a travel agency or a tour operator: I don't sell packages, flights, accommodation or tours. You book and pay each provider directly, and I take no commission from any of them. In the Premium option I may make bookings in your name, always with payment made by you directly to the provider.

The party and event ticket service is separate and quoted per event. If I can't get the ticket, you don't pay for it.

Prices and payment

The options and prices are in the pricing section. Payment is arranged by message before the service starts.

Cancellation and refunds

What I sell is my time and my attention, dedicated only to your trip. And time is the one measure that has no currency: it doesn't run backwards and it can't be given back. The hour I spent researching, talking with you and building your plan can't be used again for someone else.

That's why work already done is not refundable: video calls held, research and plans delivered.

If your trip changes, we'll talk. Rescheduling and changes of option are agreed case by case, under the conditions given at the time of booking.

Liability

I'm responsible for the planning advice I provide. Hotels, wineries, restaurants, drivers, event producers and any other services you book are the responsibility of whoever provides them. Third-party prices, hours and rules can change without notice: always confirm them when you book.

Privacy

How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
